User Agreement

SweepLuxe Corporation, a company incorporated and duly registered under the laws of state of Delaware, having its business address at: 108 W. 13th Street Ste 100, Wilmington, DE, 19801 is an authorized and fully owner of the Platform and may change this User Agreement at any time upon Our sole discretion without prior notice effective upon their posting to the Platform.

Any use of You of the Platform shall be considered Your acceptance of the revised User Agreement. If You do not agree to this User Agreement, please do not use this Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
    • You have read, understood and agree to Privacy Policy; Terms and Conditions; User Agreement; Responsible Social Gameplay Policy;
    • You are eligible under the section “YOUR PARTICIPATION” of the Terms and Conditions
  2. You hereby declare and warrant that You shall not use the Platform for any illicit activities, and You will perform all due diligence requirements requested by the Company.
  3. During the standard registration, You will be asked to provide us with the following information:
    • Full name;
    • Phone number;
    • Email;
    • Address;
    • Date of birth;
    • Other information on our sole discretion, -

    which will be evidenced by valid government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to a driver's license, passport, or ID card, to verify their identity and age.

  4. No purchases will be allowed prior to the completion of the identity and age verification process.

2. ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE

  1. In our sole discretion, based on the information provided and your activity, we can implement enhanced due diligence measures, which may include:
    1. Requesting additional documentation or information to verify Your identity, such as utility bills or bank statements.
    2. Conducting background checks to ensure compliance with regulations and to assess any potential risks associated with your account activity.
    3. Monitoring your account activity for any unusual or suspicious transactions, which may trigger further investigation.
    4. Implementing transaction limits or restrictions on certain features or activities within the platform until further verification is completed.
    5. Requesting additional information such as proof of income, source of funds, income-generating activities, etc.

3. YOUR COOPERATION

  1. As a user of our Platform, you are required to cooperate fully with our verification processes and comply with all requests for information or documentation. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date information, as well as promptly responding to any further inquiries or requests from our compliance team.
  2. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Account is used only for legitimate purposes and that you do not engage in any activities that may facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
  3. Failure to comply with our verification procedures or engage in suspicious or prohibited activities may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal action and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
  4. Payments from users determined to be underage are strictly prohibited. Any payments made by underage users will be refunded, and the accounts associated with such payments may be subject to additional penalties, including permanent suspension. Moreover, in case during the registration process, we find out you are underage, your access will be permanently suspended.
  5. The Company will employ continuous monitoring measures to ensure that users remain in compliance with our age restrictions. Any suspicious activity or attempts to provide false information will be thoroughly investigated.

4. MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Accuracy of Information. The information provided on this Platform is believed to be accurate; however, it has not been independently verified. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding its accuracy. You are responsible for independently confirming the accuracy and completeness of the information.
  2. Player Conduct. Players agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties while using the Service. You agree not to transmit or post any information that could be harmful to other members or violate any laws.
  3. Termination. The Platform reserves the right to terminate Your password, Customer Account, or access to the Service if the Player fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Any data associated with the Customer Account may be removed and discarded. Players also have the right to terminate the Service by notifying the Platform, but no refunds will be provided. Termination will result in the cessation of Player's rights to use the Service, including associated technologies.
  4. Indemnification. Players agree to indemnify and hold Company and its partners, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents harmless from any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Player's use of the Service or breach of this Agreement.
  5. Limitation of Liability. Company shall not be liable to any party for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind arising from or connected with the use of this Service. This includes any issues related to the Player's ability or inability to use the Service, as well as any content obtained from or through the Service.
  6. External Links. This Platform may contain links to external Platforms or resources that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external sites. Players acknowledge that they access external links at their own risk and should review the terms and privacy policies of those sites.
  7. Privacy Policy. Players' privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using this Service, Players agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  8. Changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this Platform. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  • By using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Service.
